GIRLS REGIONAL TICKETS: Tickets for New Riegel's regional semifinal game 6:15 p.m. tonight against Stryker at Elida High are on sale in the school office. Tickets are on sale from 8 a.m.-noon today. All presale tickets will be $6 with a portion of the proceeds going to the school. Tickets at the door will be $8 will all proceeds going to the OHSAA.

CHEERLEADING: An informational meeting for Columbian cheerleading will be held 6 p.m. today in the high school cafeteria. The meeting is for any student entering grades 9-12 that is interested in cheerleading for the upcoming school year. For more information, call (419) 618-3783.

BASEBALL: Tiffin Area Babe Ruth League seeks players and coaches for the upcoming season in all three divisions. To sign up for the Coach-Pitch division (5- to 8-year-olds), contact Ryan Gibson at (567) 207-7420. For the Junior Division (13- to 14-year-olds) and the Senior Division (15- to 17-year-olds), contact Fred McDole at (419) 455-4490 or (567) 220-3018. Players can also register online at tabrl(dot)baberuthonline(dot)com. Players must live in Seneca County and not turn 18 before May 1. The draft occurs April 1 at 1 p.m. at Vic Wurm at Hedges-Boyer Park.

n Any child ages turning 8-10 before May 1, is eligible for Tiffin E-League baseball. New players entering the league must be registered. Registration can be done online at www.tiffinparks.com, or by emailing parksdepartment@tiffinohio.gov.

SOFTBALL: Tiffin Ponytail Softball seeks umpires for the upcoming season. Pay is $30 per game for certified umpires and $20 for uncertified umpires. There are also openings for coaches. If interested call (567) 220-9836 or email tponytailsoftball(at)yahoo.com.

BASKETBALL: Calvert High, St. Mary's and St. Joseph's Activity Center will host a fifth and sixth grade boys tournament March 24-25. Cost is $125 with a four-game guarantee. For more information, call Nate Ritzler at (419) 448-9515.

n Heidelberg's men's basketball program will host the 2012 Team Shootout June 2, 9, 14 and 19, the 2012 Skills Camp June 15-16 and the 2012 Next Level Basketball School June 24-27. All camps will be held on the Heidelberg campus. The Next Level Basketball School is open to boys entering grades 6-12 prior to the 2012-'13 academic year. Cost is $270, 190 for a commuter. All campers will receive a t-shirt, camp ball, notes and drills, photos of the team and a season pass to all Heidelberg men's games during the 2012-'13 season. The Team Shootout is open to all high school boys teams and selected AAU teams. There will be a JV camp June 9, and the cost is $230. There is a 16-team limit with a guarantee of four games. Tournament champions and runners up will receive a t-shirt. The Skills Camp is open to boys entering grades 7-12 for the 2012-2013 academic year. Cost is $100, 75 for commuters only. CLINTON SOFTBALL/BASEBALL: Clinton softball/baseball registration is starting for girls and boys in Clinton Township, for all leagues from coach pitch through Pony. Forms are available at Clinton School and are due by March 9. With questions, call (419) 447-8784.

SOCCER: The Tiffin University men's soccer team will hold its summer clinic for boys and girls age 6 to 14 on June 25-28, from 9-10:30 a.m. each day. The clinic will take place at Paradiso Athletic Complex at 2375 County Road 26. Cost is $40. The deadline to register is June 15.
