John D. Hurst, 36, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-paraphernalia Saturday after an incident in February.

A first-block Gibson Street man reported Saturday afternoon his son's vehicle was damaged.

A first-block Douglas Street woman reported Saturday evening her brother took her hard drive from her computer.

A first-block Ann Street man reported Saturday evening he felt his ex-wife's boyfriend disciplined his child inappropriately.

Law enforcement attempted to locate three men who had their pants around their ankles and were mooning vehicles in the 100 block of East Market Street Saturday night.

Georgia M. Clark, 32, of Mansfield, was charged with wrong way on a one-way street and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sunday after an incident Saturday.

A first-block Douglas Street resident reported Sunday morning the theft of food from a refrigerator in the garage overnight.

County reports

Contraband was found Saturday evening in the 500 block of East SR 18.

A woman in the 7000 block of North TR 1050 in Flat Rock reported early Sunday morning a disturbance, and one person had a black eye. One person refused medical treatment, and another person refused to file charges.

Fostoria reports

A person from the emergency room at Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., requested an officer to speak with a juvenile and parent Saturday evening. An investigation was pending.

A 200-block South Poplar Street man reported Saturday night his wife assaulted him.

People reported early Sunday morning people were beating up people in the 300 block of South Wood Street. An ambulance was requested.

A person went to the station Sunday morning and reported a possible break-in in the 200 block of West South Street. It appeared to be a civil matter, according to a report.

A fight was reported in a parking lot in the 600 block of Plaza Drive Sunday morning.

Brenda Bernal, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Sunday morning.

Bertha Rumschlag, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Sunday morning.

A 700-block Oaklawn Avenue resident requested to speak to an officer Sunday afternoon about items that were taken.

A man reported Sunday evening he would not be returning his daughter to her mother, and his daughter said she was being physically abused.

Firefighters were called to a detector activation at 300 Melmore St. Saturday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.
