LIMA - Tiffin University and Lima Central Catholic High School are to begin a College on Campus program, a partnership where students can earn high school and college credit without leaving their school, during the 2012-13 academic year.
The program is similar to TU's existing partnerships with Calvert High School, Columbian High School, Mohawk High School, Buckeye Central High School and Clyde High School.
Unlike other post-secondary programs that require students to travel and attend classes on the college campus, the College on Campus partnership with TU keeps student leaders at their own high school where they can remain active in the life of their school while earning high school and college-level credit.
TU is to offer six courses at Lima Catholic High School.
