Randal Halcomb and Diana Halcomb, both of Tiffin, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Vonnie Mast, to Mathew Hartman.
Vonnie is a 2001 graduate of Columbian High School and a 2005 graduate of The University of Toledo. She is an executive assistant manager at Walgreens.
Mathew is the son of Nick and Kim Hartman of Amsden. He is a 2001 graduate of Lakota High School. He is a machine operator at Rowmark LLC, Findlay.
