A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter Sunday afternoon. Dean A. Harmon, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with theft, according to the report.
A caller in the area of US 224 and SR 18 reported Sunday afternoon a woman tried to break into a home and then left in a pickup truck.
Jack W. Shoemaker, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Sunday.
Bonnie J. Flood, 38, of Bloomville, was charged with theft Monday.
A 200-block North Sandusky Street woman reported Sunday evening her boyfriend took her belongings and she wanted a civil protection order.
A caller from Kroger, 790 W. Market St., reported Monday morning a woman stole groceries. The woman's vehicle was stopped on US 224, and some groceries were found in her backseat. According to the report, an adult was arrested.

A caller from Fostoria Middle School, 1202 HL Ford Drive, reported Monday morning a student ran out of the school. The student was found and transported back to the school.
A 300-block East Center Street woman reported Monday morning her vehicle was vandalized.
A 700-block North Poplar Street man reported Monday morning his garage door was kicked in.
A building in the 200 block of West Fremont Street was reported vandalized Monday morning.
A 400-block South Main Street woman reported Monday morning her house was vandalized.
