Even those who attend the Seneca County Home Expo every year will find something new at the 2012 edition Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Tiffin Mall.
About 30 vendors are to display the latest home and garden trends at the show, sponsored by the Seneca County Home Builders Association. The location is in the former Heilig Meyers store again this year.
Then, there will be some first-time exhibitors, too.

"We always have builders and landscapers and things like that," said Thomas Daniel, a contractor and builder who is president of the Home Builders Association. "This year, we're going to have some new vendors, too - Gary's Equipment from Republic, Randy Kuhn of Kuhn's Precision Seamless Gutters and Eco Insulators."
"We have a wider variety of vendors that are coming," said Jane Houdeshell, secretary for the association. "They are not necessarily in the building trades."
Examples Houdeshell gave included Eclipse Window Tinting and Auto Detailing, Ralph's Joy of Living and Phat Cakes by Natalie.

"Then we still have the regulars," she said.
Another change they noted this year is a note of optimism among those in the home building and home improvement industry.
"Considering the booths that we have sold and how quickly they reserved space, they are being a little more optimistic," Houdeshell said.
"Admission is free," Daniel said. "If you want to spend a dollar, you can buy a raffle ticket, but you don't have to."
Grand prize for the drawing is a 42-inch flat-screen television. Second prize is a $100 gift card for Lowe's Home Improvement, and third prize is a $50 gift card for Lowe's. The winner need not be present.
