ASHLAND Several local seniors have been awarded scholarships to attend Ashland University. Justin Herrnstein of New Washington is to receive a provost's scholarship. He is a senior at Buckeye Central High School. Sarah Webb of Green Springs is to receive a president's scholarship. She is a senior at Clyde High School. Ian Rechtenbach of Carey is to receive a provost's scholarship. He is a senior at Carey High School.
