Tiffin reports

Callers at two separate residences in the 100 block of St. Francis Avenue reported Friday afternoon someone had rung their doorbells during the night, but no one was there. One caller said a small box had been left on the porch.

A school bus driver was at the station Friday afternoon to report a vehicle had passed the bus while it was stopped with its red lights flashing.

A 200-block Ella Street caller reported Friday night someone had attempted to enter the residence.

A caller in the 200 block of North Washington Street reported Saturday morning a gasoline drive-off had occurred during the night.

A 14-year-old Tiffin juvenile was charged Saturday morning with vandalism and a juvenile delinquent charge for incidents on Elm Avenue and Liberty Street.

Fostoria reports

A caller reported early Saturday morning he was assaulted by someone while at Los Tocallos, 203 N. Main St.

A break-in was reported Saturday morning at Countrymark Co-op Inc., 550 W. Fourth St. According to the police report, a window of the drivers' room door was broken, possibly by a tire iron.

A caller reported Saturday afternoon that he was almost attacked by two canines.

County reports

Police were called to the 3000 block of North TR 155 for an unruly juvenile trashing a house.

A caller in the first block of East CR 16 reported Friday evening that after he pulled into his garage and got out of his car, a man showed up and asked him for a ride.

A caller reported Saturday morning gas had been stolen from his tank in the first block of North TR 120.

A non-injury accident was reported Saturday morning at Jefferson and East Perry streets.

County accidents

A car was reported in the ditch Friday night at East CR 6.

A van was in the ditch early Saturday morning on South SR 67.

A vehicle was reported in the ditch Saturday afternoon at SR 101 and North CR 15.

A caller reported a semi-truck rollover with no injuries Saturday afternoon at CR 21 and TR 178. According to the police report, the truck was carrying liquid manure.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to the 200 block of South Monroe Street Friday night for steam, vapor, fog or dust thought to be smoke.
