FOSTORIA - Tickets are now available for the Greater Fostoria Community Foundation's 11th annual Mardi Gras Extravaganza Feb. 24. The fundraiser is to run 6-11 p.m. at Meadowbrook Ballroom in Bascom.
Heavy hors d'oeurves, coffee and punch will be served throughout the night while attendees are asked to bring any other beverages they wish to consume.
The Late Show band of Tiffin will entertain with live music for dancing and socializing.

The mardi gras is to have a new super raffle this year. Patrons will choose which prize they would like to try to win - from an iPad, a hot air balloon ride for two, a gas card and a white water rafting gift card.
There also will be several 50/50 drawings.
The sale of mystery bag tickets is to continue this year. Some of the prizes available in this year's mystery bags include a certificate for eight-hours limo service, a Pandora charm, $100 Marriott gift cards, Vera Bradley bags, tickets to The Ritz Theatre and more.

The value of each bag is at least $10, with many bags worth more.
General admission tickets are $35 and must be purchased in advance. Patrons also may choose to have reserved seating for a group of 10 people with a $500 table sponsorship.
