Jim Bailey of Fostoria is the instructor for an adult education program 10 a.m.-noon Feb. 18 at Franciscan Earth Literacy Center, 194 St. Francis Ave.

The first part of the program is to consist of discussing practical ways to have "nine months of blossoms in a northern Ohio garden." This segment is to include about 100 pictures of flowers in Seneca County, from around the country and a few in other countries.

After a short break, the focus is to shift to public parks - from "Yellowstone to Seneca County." The presentation is to include the history, importance and inherent goodness of national, state and local public parks.

The cost is $5; pre-registration is requested by calling (419) 448-7485.
