Jacob C. Reaper, 24, of Oak Harbor, was charged with display of operator's license and fictitious plates Saturday after an incident Friday.

A 100-block Clinton Avenue woman reported Saturday evening someone broke out the passenger-side rear window of her vehicle.

A person from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Saturday evening a man took a television.

Brittany M. Tatum, 20, of Cleveland, was charged with operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption and improper lane change/marked early Sunday morning.

A man reported early Sunday morning he was assaulted in a lot in the 200 block of Vine Street.

A 100-block West Perry Street woman reported early Sunday morning she believed her granddaughter broke her window.

A woman in the 300 block of Benner Street was assaulted by a man early Sunday morning. Law enforcement was unable to locate the man.

A first-block Liberty Street resident reported Sunday morning criminal damaging to a vehicle.

County reports

A 1000-block South US 23 man reported Saturday afternoon the theft of items.

A 3000-block South TR 165 man reported Saturday afternoon his mailbox got knocked down sometime during the night.

Fostoria reports

A person went to the station Saturday afternoon and reported someone vandalized a room at 601 Findlay St.

A 100-block East Fremont Street woman reported Saturday night she arrived home, and her side door was broken open. It did not appear entry was gained.

A juvenile was charged with curfew under 16 early Saturday morning.

Dekota W. Walter, 18, of Upper Sandusky, was charged with contributing to the unruliness/delinquency of a child early Saturday morning.

A person from Country Club Inn, 601 Findlay St., reported Sunday morning a person who had stayed in a room stole the small refrigerator and microwave. Charges were to be submitted to the prosecutor's office for theft.

A 100-block East Sixth Street man reported Sunday afternoon he wanted to speak with an officer about someone loosening the lug nuts on his vehicle.

A 500-block South Wood Street man reported Sunday afternoon he got home, the back door was open and items were missing from his residence. His pet turtle and $30 were taken.

A person reported Saturday afternoon being in an accident at Huss and North Sandusky Street.

County accident

A vehicle was in the ditch on East US 224 Saturday morning.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a detector activation at 35 St. Francis Ave. Saturday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

Firefighters were called to a water problem at 68 1/2 E. Market St. early Sunday morning.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to a structure fire at 845 Spruce St. Saturday afternoon. A fire department spokesman said his understanding was the house fire was caused by a wall-mounted gas heater.

County fire

Kansas firefighters were called to assist during a non-injury accident on SR 635 Sunday morning.
