A 100-block Shepherd Drive caller reported Friday afternoon a problem with a student.

Suspicious activity was reported Friday afternoon in the first block of Jefferson Street.

A caller in the vicinity of Hall and North Washington streets reported Friday afternoon three young boys younger than five were running across the road barefoot.

A 600-block South Sandusky Street caller reported Friday evening her trailer was entered and items were taken.

Ronald Leonard, 54, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and an improper lane change violation Friday evening.

A first-block Hampden Parkway caller requested to talk to an officer Friday night about harassment.

Kyle Banary, 19, of Mentor, was charged with misrepresentation Friday night.

Amy Reed, 29, of East Pittsburg, Pa., was charged early Saturday morning with operating a vehicle while under the influence, obstructing official business, and an improper turn violation.

Joseph Wilkins, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence and a wrong way on a one-way street violation early Saturday morning.

A caller in the 100 block of Elm Street reported Saturday morning windows were broken out of a car in the alley at the back of the property.

A 200-block South Monroe Street caller reported Saturday afternoon an unlocked vehicle was entered and a pay stub was taken. The caller also reported an unknown woman's purse was left behind in the drive.

A caller reported Saturday afternoon two men were breaking into a black car. According to the report, two men were using a lock jack to unlock the car.

County reports

A caller in the 10000 block of West CR 60 reported Friday afternoon someone broke into two semi tractors and stole CB radios and a stereo system.

Fostoria reports

An Unsafe School Act violation was reported Friday afternoon at Riley School, 1324 Walnut St.

A 300-block McDougal Street caller requested to speak to an officer Friday afternoon about an incident.

A 400-block Poplar Street caller reported Friday evening his landlord came into his apartment while he was gone and removed items. According to the police report, the items were returned.

A caller in the 100 block of East Sixth Street reported Saturday morning he was harassed.

An 800-block South Wood Street caller reported Saturday morning two flags were stolen.

A caller in the 1000 block of Leonard Court reported Saturday morning his fence was knocked over during the night.

Brian Michener, 36, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a crash Friday evening at East Market and Jefferson streets.

Fostoria accident

A caller reported Saturday morning he was hit-skipped near Town and North streets.

County accidents

A non-injury accident occurred Friday afternoon on South SR 587.

State patrol

An injury accident was reported Friday night on TR 36. Details were not available from State Highway Patrol Saturday afternoon.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters responded to 634 Spruce St. Friday afternoon to check on smoke coming from a pile of scrap.

County fire

Bettsville and Kansas firefighters both responded to TR 36 Friday evening for an accident.
