A jury found a Tiffin man guilty of aggravated burglary and not guilty on charges of felonious assault and assault after a three-day trial ended Monday in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom.

Odia Halcomb Jr., 23, had been indicted on the charges in October for allegedly burglarizing a residence with the purpose to commit a criminal offense and causing physical harm to two people in March, according to his indictment.

His indictment states he also allegedly used a baseball bat to cause harm to one of the people.

A court spokeswoman said sentencing for Halcomb has been set for Feb. 10.
