Tiffin reports

A 100-block Melmore Street woman reported Monday afternoon her garage was spray-painted overnight.

A 2000-block West Market Street caller requested to speak to an officer Monday afternoon in reference to theft.

A 100-block south Monroe Street woman reported Monday afternoon a juvenile threw a snowball at her house and broke the siding.

A man reported Monday evening he lost his phone in the 800 block of West Market Street Saturday and it had since been used.

A caller from Kroger, 790 W. Market St., reported two shoplifters early Tuesday morning. According to the report, Brittany A. Landers, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with theft and Christopher R. Martin, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with aiding and abetting.

Mercy Tiffin Hospital requested officers Tuesday morning for a 14-year-old overdose patient who was being combative.

County reports

David A. Steward, 52, of Republic, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and left-of-center Friday night.

Romaloy D. Hussey, 67, of Bellevue, was charged with resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct Monday.

Fostoria reports

A 500-block Miller Avenue man reported Tuesday morning a man was shooting a weapon at his dog. According to the report, the man was using an air rifle and was advised of city ordinances.

A man went to the station Tuesday afternoon to report someone was urinating in his yard.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 165 Mohawk St. early Tuesday morning for a water or steam leak.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 736 Sandusky St. Tuesday afternoon for a carbon monoxide investigation. Nothing was found.
