Kelsea Ann Panuto of Tiffin and Michael Marion Hess of Akron announce their engagement and June 16, 2012, wedding.
Kelsea is the daughter of John Panuto and Sheri Panuto, both of Tiffin. She is a senior at Columbian High School and plans to graduate in May 2012.
Michael is the son of Pauline and Aubrey Hess of Bloomville. He is a 2008 graduate of Seneca East High School and attends Akron University with plans to graduate in 2013. He works as a mechanical engineer.
