A turnpike maintenance worker from Clyde who was injured seriously during a Tuesday morning accident on Ohio Turnpike remains in critical condition, a spokeswoman from Milan State Highway Patrol said Friday.
Anthony J. Stout, 24, who was struck by a semi truck near milepost 91 in Sandusky County while conducting bridge repair in a work zone, had been taken by Life Flight to University of Toledo Medical Center following the crash.
Another worker who was struck, James Roudebush, 55, of Millbury, was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
The spokeswoman said Friday afternoon he also remained in critical condition.
A third worker, Forest John Fletcher, 53, of Perrysburg, was killed.
The spokeswoman said the accident remains under investigation.
