Tiffin reports

A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Friday afternoon a computer had been stolen the previous night.

A caller from Speedway, 243 N. Sandusky St., reported Friday afternoon a man was in the parking lot asking for money.

A caller in the 100 block of Frost Parkway reported Friday afternoon he might have found marijuana in the house after his tenants left.

A 200-block West Perry Street caller reported Friday evening her boyfriend was upset and broke several items.

Police received a 911 call Friday night from the 300 block of Water Street from a woman who requested help and then hung up. Upon call-back, the female said a subject had taken money from her.

Fostoria police requested Friday night Tiffin police attempt to locate a Tiffin resident who had crashed her car in Fostoria fled the scene. According to the report, the woman was believed to have had two children in her car.

Stephen Magers, 61, of Tiffin, was charged with criminal trespass Saturday morning.

A caller reported Saturday morning the sidewall of her tire was slashed Wednesday night while her van was parked at Kiwanis Manor.

A caller reported Saturday afternoon a female subject was throwing things into the yard.

Property damage was reported Friday night in the 300 block of Columbus Avenue.

A caller in the 200 block of East High Street reported Friday night her 10-year-old daughter received a text message from an older male. In the message, the man asked if the girl was alone.

A 400-block South Main Street caller reported early Saturday morning black smoke was coming from downstairs and her daughter had black stuff coming out of her nose.

A person requested to speak to an officer Saturday morning about Vicotin being stolen.

A person was at the station Saturday afternoon to request an officer speak to his five-year-old son about not setting fires in the house.

Tiffin accidents

A caller in the 200 block of Hall Street reported Saturday morning a snow plow driver might have knocked the mailbox off the post.

Fostoria accidents

A caller reported Friday afternoon he was rear-ended in the 500 block of Columbus Avenue. A citation was issued for assured clear distance ahead.

A car reportedly struck a pole Friday night in the 600 block of Lynn Street. No injuries were reported. The accident is under investigation.

County accidents

A single-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred Friday evening on CR 15. According to the report, a vehicle drove into a barn.

A caller reported Friday evening a car was in the ditch on East SR 18.

State patrol

A single-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred Saturday morning on Maule Road.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters responded to 34 Scott Street. Friday evening for an electrical wiring/equipment problem.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 423 S. Main St. early Saturday morning for a smoke investigation.

County fire

Old Fort firefighters responded to North CR 15 Friday evening for an accident.
