In reference to all the letters bashing commissioners, I would like to defend Jeff Wagner and Ben Nutter for doing what the people voted for. The real problem is the past commissioners who did not put any money in it to keep it in good shape, so now some of these same people are protesting to keep it.
Even though I live in Wyandot County, I have lived and worked in Seneca County most of my life and still volunteer in Tiffin. If some of these people who have put lots of money in trying to save the courthouse would have donated their time and money to the needy people in Seneca County (and there are a lot of them) or helped them to get food, heat, electric or just take time to say "hello," it would be greatly appreciated. They will feel better and so will you. That's called helping one another.
As for the courthouse, get over it.
