Tiffin reports
A caller reported Wednesday afternoon a man was in a parking lot in the 200 block of North Washington Street asking for money. Police were unable to locate anyone.
Ricky Guzman, 31, of Tiffin, was cited with driving under suspension Wednesday evening.
A 200-block East Market Street person went to the station Wednesday night in reference to a burglary.
Three vehicles in the first block of Kensington Avenue were reported entered Thursday morning. Loose change was taken from one of the vehicles.
Two vehicles in the 400 block of Miami Street were reported entered Thursday morning. Nothing was taken from either vehicle.
An apartment in the first block of South Washington Street was reported entered Thursday morning. The caller was unsure if anything was missing.
A 100-block Wentz Street man reported Thursday morning his garage and truck were entered overnight.

Colin L. Cofer, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with nonsupport of dependents Saturday night.

James R. Rochester, 75, of Fostoria, was cited with improper left turn following a non-injury accident Thursday morning at East US 224 and South SR 231.
A two vehicle non-injury accident was reported Thursday afternoon at South SR 53 and CR 54.
A non-injury accident was reported Thursday afternoon in the 2000 block of South SR 231.
Fostoria accidents
Harold E. Sensabaugh, 24, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following a non-injury accident Jan. 13 at North Countyline and West Fremont streets.
Nicholas E. Norton, 39, of Fostoria, was cited with operation without reasonable control following a non-injury accident Saturday afternoon at US 23 and Springville Avenue.
John B. Harrison, 59, of Michigan, was cited with failure to control following an accident Monday evening at Findlay and West Fourth streets.
Jose L. Velazquez, 31, of Fostoria, was cited with backing without due regard following a non-injury accident Tuesday afternoon at South Union and South streets.
Chris A. Thompson, 29, of Carey, was cited with failure to yield during a left turn following an accident Wednesday morning at South US 23 and West Tiffin Street. The other driver involved, Dylan L. Young, 18, of Fostoria, and a passenger in his vehicle, Angel D. Young, 17, of Fostoria, were transported to Fostoria Community Hospital.

Firefighters were called to 234 Charlotte St. Wednesday afternoon for a gas leak.
Firefighters were called to 781 Greenfield St. Wednesday night for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

Firefighters were called to North Main Street Thursday morning for a substation fire.
