FOSTORIA - Wesley Memorial Gallery is to host a reception for Fostoria artist David Lorek 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday at Wesley Memorial Gallery. Twenty of Lorek's watercolor and casein paint artworks are on exhibit now through Feb. 2.
Selected pieces are available as limited edition prints at Fostoria Art and Frame.
A 1969 graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design, Lorek has shown his paintings in Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin, winning awards and ribbons.

One piece on exhibit, "Fallen Birch," won the 1983 Grumbacher Award in the Toledo Artists Club Gold Medal Show.
The gallery is at 1200 Van Buren St., Fostoria. Regular hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and other times by appointment. Admission is free.
