Carime Ann Reinhart and Glenn McGarry Richter have announced their engagement.
Carime is the daughter of Don and Sandy Reinhart of Bascom. She is a 2004 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School. She received a bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2008 and a master's degree in speech pathology from The University of Akron in 2010. She is a speech therapist for Anne Arundel County Public Schools in Annapolis, Md.
Glenn is the son of Brian Richter and Margaret Fennelly of Crofton, Md. He is a 2003 graduate of Archbishop Spalding High School and received a bachelor's degree in cartography from Ohio University in 2007. He is a cartographer in Washington, D.C.
