Elizabeth Carolyn Goodman and Gregory Garrett Burks were married at 3:30 p.m. June 4, 2011, at St. John Lutheran Church, Fremont. Officiant was the Rev. Joseph Lees.
The bride is the daughter of David and Nancy Goodman of Tiffin.
The groom is the son of John and Susan Burks of Tiffin.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a strapless, ivory Casablanca gown with a crystal-beaded lace overlay and chapel train. The dropped waistline featured a champagne satin waistband with a bow. She carried a bouquet of white and blush pink peonies wrapped with lace.
Her attendants wore sage satin, strapless dresses with sweetheart necklines, ruched cream waistbands and floor-length, A-line skirts. They carried bouquets of dark pink peonies, white dahlias, green hydrangeas and white-and-green ranunculus wrapped with cream satin ribbon.
Melissa Goodman, the bride's sister, was maid of honor and Stephanie Baker, the bride's friend, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Janel Iden, Kristin Habegger and Tricia Perrine, friends of the bride.
Best men were Zachary Burks and Aaron Burks, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Jacob Grice and Jeremy Gregg, friends of the groom, and Andrew Hoffman, cousin of the groom.
The bride graduated in 2003 from Old Fort High School and in 2007 from Otterbein College with degrees in English and journalism. She is marketing coordinator at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, Kettering.
The groom graduated in 2004 from Old Fort High School and in 2009 from Ohio Northern University with a degree in civil engineering. He is a civil engineer and surveyor at Thomas Winemiller and Associates Inc., Vandalia.
A reception was at Fremont Country Club.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia, and now lives in Tipp City.
