The Ohio Supreme Court has disposed of the case against the Seneca County Board of Commissioners which sought to put a hold on demolition of the 1884 courthouse.
In a release from the court Thursday morning, a motion for dismissal from attorney David Carroll, representing 44 petitioners, had been granted. Carroll filed the motion Dec. 30.
