Staci Phelps and Rodan Reiter were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at High Street United Methodist Church, Fostoria. The Rev. James T. Mussman was officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at Brugeman Lodge, Findlay.
Staci is the daughter of Garry and Carol Phelps of Fostoria.
Rodan is the son of Rodney and Bette Reiter of Fostoria.

Staci is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and attended Ashland University and University of Findlay. She is office manager and legal secretary at Rayle, Matthews and Coon, Bowling Green.
Rodan is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and a 1997 graduate of Owens Community College. He is an elevator operator at Mennel Milling Co., Fostoria.
The rehearsal dinner was at Flippin' Jimmy's in Fostoria.
Following a honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Fostoria.
