Seneca and Sandusky county park districts invite youths to Winter Fest Dec. 27 at Wolf Creek Campground, SR 53, north of Tiffin.
Tree Huggers ages 6-12 can take part in the first session, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., to learn about hibernation, animal tracks and tree skeletons and discover what winter has to offer.
The teen version, planned for 3-7 p.m., is designed for youth ages 12-17 to discover the natural world in winter. They can try scent-tracking, star-gazing and hiking.
