FOSTORIA - The public will have another chance to take a guided bus tour of the Light Up Fostoria displays 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Shuttles are to leave from the LE&W Depot. The cost is $3 for adults, $2 for senior citizens and $1 for children ages 4-16. Fostoria businesses also are to be open during the tour hours.
