Heidi Rae Kutscher and Timothy Allen Kerschner have announced their engagement and approaching April 28, 2012, wedding.
The bride-elect, the daughter of Joyce Babcock of Bloomville and the late Kenneth Babcock, graduated from Columbian High School. She works for Tiffin Deluxe Services.
Her fiance is the son of Paul Kerschner and Patricia Kerschner. He graduated from Calvert High School and is employed by SMI Crankshaft.
