Monica Suzanne Kizer and Matthew James Frankart announce their engagement.
Monica is the daughter of James and Filomena Kizer. She graduated from Calvert High School in 2006 and plans to graduate from Tiffin University in May 2012. She works for Jacobson Manufacturing, Tiffin.
Her fiance is the son of Randy and Nancy Frankart of Bloomville. He graduated from Columbian High School in 2005 and The Ohio State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He works for AEP as a project design engineer.
