Toys, coats to benefit Clyde kids

CLYDE - Caring for Clyde Kids is collecting new or gently used toy donation through Dec. 15. Collections boxes are to be at Clyde St. Mary, the village police station, Croghan Bank, the village post office and the board of education office. Cash donations may be sent to: Kay Dick, Caring for Clyde Kids, 145 Nelson St., Clyde, OH 43410.

The first give away is to be 9-11 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Clyde Food Pantry. Additional dates are to be Dec. 8, 15 and 22 at the food pantry. The program is open to income-qualified families living in the Clyde-Green Springs School District. Participants must present proof of household income.
