Anna Ilene Williams and Steven Thomas Havens announce their engagement and approaching Dec. 10, 2011, wedding.
Anna is the daughter of Michael and Regina Williams of Tiffin. She is a 2009 graduate of Calvert High School and a 2011 graduate of Terra Community College. She works at Wendy's and Keepsake Portraits, Findlay.
Steven is the son of John and Brenda Havens of Burgoon. He is a 2007 graduate of Lakota High School and attended Bluffton University. He is serving in the Air National Guard in the security forces unit.
