Tiffany Miller and Mike Ruffing exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 27, 2011, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bellevue. The Rev. Jonathan Wight was officiant during the double-ring service. A reception was at Bellevue VFW Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Lynn Miller, Attica.
The groom is the son of Mike and Annette Ruffing, Attica.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless, slim A-line gown. Simple and chic, it featured vintage taffeta ruched on the bodice accented by a rosette asymmetrically placed at the neckline. The back featured a detachable train decorated with a bouquet of taffeta rosettes. She carried a bouquet of pink, orange, yellow and white gerbera daisies and white hydrangeas.
The attendants wore strapless, floor length satin dresses. Each dress was a different color, coral, tangerine, pool blue and sunshine. They carried bouquets of multi-colored gerbera daisies and hydrangeas.
The bride's best friend, Brittany Elmlinger of Attica, was her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Bischoff of Liberty, Ind., sister of the bride; Tarah Hacker of Bloomville, friend of the bride; and Kaylei Ruffing of Attica, sister of the groom.
Flower girls were Elyse and Amber Bischoff, nieces of the bride. Ring bearer was Devin Bischoff, nephew of the bride.
Kory Hamilton of Attica, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Reb Howell of Plymouth, friend of the groom; Jeff Miller of Attica, brother of the bride; and Ethan Ruffing of Attica, brother of the groom.
The bride, a 2008 graduate of Seneca East High School, graduated in 2009 from Tiffin Academy of Hair Design. She is a hair stylist at Kay's Beauty Salon, Republic.
The groom graduated in 2009 from Seneca East High School and in 2011 from the University of Northwestern Ohio. He is a diesel mechanic at Gibbs Equipment, Bellevue.
The couple resides at 719 Section Line Road 30, Willard, after their honeymoon in Redondo Beach, Calif.
