A daughter, Zoey Lynn Estepp, was born Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, to Kandy Lynn and Randy Allen Estepp of Willard. Zoey weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 18 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Paul and Violet Hemons of Attica. Paternal grandparents are Loertta Shoemaker of Attica and Raleigh Estepp of Grayson, Ky.
