Sean Bailey, an employee of Rod's Car Care, prepares a van to be towed out of several feet of water under a viaduct on CR 48 near Bascom Thursday morning. A State Highway Patrol spokesman said the vehicle had stalled, and the water had risen more after that. No injuries were reported.
