Fostoria Area UAW CAP Council plans to host its annual Meet the Candidate Night, with candidates from Hancock, Seneca, Sandusky, Wood and Wyandot counties, 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Stacy's Place (the former UAW Fellowship Hall), 625 Plaza Dr., Fostoria. There is no cost, and refreshments are to be served.
