Theresa Elchert Allen, a registered nurse, is to present "Being David in a World of Goliaths" at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 in Elizabeth Schaefer Auditorium on the St. Francis campus. The Environmental Council gave her the Citizens' Environmental Watchdog Award in 2002 for founding a rural neighborhood organization to stop a proposed stone quarry near Forest.
