Amanda Lust and Eric Theis were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. June 18, 2011, at Sycamore United Church of Christ. The Rev. Robin LaBolt was the officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at Community Civic Center, Tiffin.
Amanda is the daughter of Ron and Becky Lust of Sycamore. Eric is the son of Bill and Judy Theis of rural Tiffin.
Amanda, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin gown with spaghetti straps and a lace bolo jacket, each featuring hand beading along the edges. The bodice featured asymmetrical pleating that flowed into the train. She wore an elbow-length veil embellished with lace appliques and hand beading. She carried a bouquet of pink roses.

Katie Lust Pilson of New Concord was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Leslie Lust of Tampa, Fla., and Kim Lust of Sycamore, sisters of the bride, and Liz Peniston of Warnar Robins, Ga. The women wore eggplant crepe-back, satin knee-length dresses with asymmetrical pleated front panels and silver ribbon belts. They each carried a single pink rose.
Aric Rothlesburger of Upper Sandusky was his cousin's best man. Groomsmen were Cris Theis, Greg Theis and Cary Theis, all of Tiffin and all brothers of the groom.
Amanda is a 2000 graduate of Mohawk High School, a 2004 graduate of The University of Findlay, a 2006 graduate of University of Wyoming and a 2011 graduate of Texas A&M Veterinary School. She is employed as a veterinarian.
Eric is a 1996 graduate of Mohawk High School, a 1998 graduate of Terra Community College and a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University. He is employed in construction.
The bride's sisters-in-law and sister hosted traditional bridal showers for her and the rehearsal dinner took place at Shell Shuckers, Tiffin.
Following a wedding trip to Bar Harbor, Mass., the couple resides in Tiffin.
