The American Civil War Museum of Ohio is to welcome guest speaker Dennis Wynn at 1 p.m. Oct. 15. A Civil War historian since 1964, Wynn is to give the program, "Origin of the American Civil War Flag Staff Eagle." He is to display nine original Civil War flag staff eagles, including two federal eagles and others from Ohio, New York, Maine, Iowa, Tennessee, Louisiana and Virginia regiments.
