BUCYRUS The Ohio Professional Writers meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Hideawy Inn, two miles south of Bucyus on SR 4.
Participants are to discuss social media in news coverage, the recent National Federation of Press Women convention, the annual communications contest and upcoming programs, which includes bringing in Ann Wiley in 2012, and celebrating OPW's 50th anniversary in 2013.
Lunch is soup, salad, ice cream and beverage, and also includes a wine tasting, for $20.
