Karen Gosche and Nick Jacobs exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. June 11, 2011. The Rev. Arthur Niewiadomski was officiant during the double-ring service at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bascom. A reception followed at Meadowbrook Park Ballroom, Bascom.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Linda Gosche of Bascom.
The bridegroom is the son of Greg and Sherry Jacobs of Elida.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a diamond white floor-length gown with satin ruching asymmetrically throughout. The one shouldered neckline was adorned with a Swarovski crystal accent. The gown also featured a V-shape corset back with a sweep train and bubble hem. The bride chose a single-tier veil of sheer bridal illusion edged with crystals. She carried a bouquet of red roses.
Serving as her sister's matron of honor was Kristy Ducat of Lewis Center. Serving as maid of honor was Lisa Kahle of Kettlersville, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Heather Jacobs of Elida, sister of the groom; and Suzanne Geiser of Trenton, friend of the bride.
The attendants wore black and white, one shouldered floor-length gowns. Each carried a smaller version of the bride's bouquet.
Kamdyn Ducat, niece of the bride, and Grady Ducat, nephew of the bride, were flower girl and ring bearer, respectively.
Aaron Jacobs of Elida was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Justin Kerns of Elida and Dan Schumacher of Lima, friends of the groom; and Steve Gosche of Bascom, brother of the bride.
A 2003 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School, the bride received an undergraduate degree in 2007 from Bowling Green State University and works in sales support for Seneca Medical, Tiffin.
The bridegroom, a 2005 graduate of Elida High School, received an undergraduate degree in 2009 and a master's degree in 2010 from The Ohio State University. He is a middle school science teacher for Summit Academy, Toledo.
Honoring the bride with miscellaneous showers were Kristy Ducat in March and Sherry Jacobs, Heather Jacobs and Nancy Myers in April.
A rehearsal dinner was at T.J. Willie's, Tiffin.
Following a honeymoon to Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica, the couple resides in Findlay.
