Theresa Lynn Fraver and Roger Wayne Phebus have announced their engagement.
Theresa is the daughter of Dan Fraver and ChrisAnn Michaels, both of Fostoria. She is a 1999 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School and a 2005 graduate of Bowling Green State University. She is a builder sales coordinator for Masco Cabinetry.
Roger is the son of Roger and Marilyn Phebus of Morenci, Mich. He is a 1998 graduate of Morenci High School and is a self-employed farmer.
