Tiffin Architectural Board of Review approved the installation of an awning on a new business.

Hunan King is a new Chinese restaurant located at the former Marvin's Deli, 253 S. Washington St.

The new awning is to be yellow with red vinyl letters, which is to be back lit and hangs above the entrance of the establishment. Dimensions were approved by the city engineer.

Owners Jin and Jay Zheng said the restaurant could be opened within the next four weeks.
