Garry and Carol Phelps and Rodney and Bette Reiter, all of Fostoria, are announcing the engagement of their children, Staci Phelps and Rodan Reiter.
The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and attended Ashland University and University of Findlay. She is an office manager/legal secretary at Rayle, Matthews & Coon, Bowling Green.
The groom-to-be also is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School. He graduated from Owens Community College in 1997 and is an elevator operator at Mennel Milling Co., Fostoria.
