This tapestry, "Moro Bay Beach," features wool woven on cotton warp. This and other works by Findlay artist Sharon Hammer Baker are on exhibit at Wesley Memorial Gallery in Fostoria through September. This example of traditional hooking consists of wool and cotton fabrics and yarns on burlap. Located at 1200 Van Buren St., the gallery is open free of charge Monday through Friday.
