Lindsay Alicia Bernard and Kevin James Umstead announce their engagement and upcoming June 24, 2012, wedding.
Lindsay is the daughter of Thomas and Sandra Toepper of Tiffin. She is a 2005 graduate of Columbian High School and a 2009 graduate of Wright State University. She is working toward a sign language interpretation degree from University of Cincinnati. She is an educational assistant at North Point Educational Service Center.
Kevin is the son of James and Patricia Umstead of Fairview Park. He is a 2004 graduate of Fairview Park High School and a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in construction management. He is a project estimator for Midwest Poured Walls.
