Shannon Kay Matthews and Kenneth Richard Knott Sr. announce their engagement and upcoming July 16, 2011, wedding.
Shannon is the daughter of Sharon Ratliff and Chet Matthews Sr. and Rhonda Savers, all of Tiffin. She is a 1999 graduate of Columbian High School and is a homemaker.
Kenneth is the son of Harold and Jewel Knott of New London. He is a 1997 graduate of New London High School. He is a truck driver.
