Keith and Rita Owen of Republic celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary June 21, 2011.
Rita is the daughter of Clara Kohlenberg of Republic and the late Melvin Kohlenberg. She is a certified financial planner with Ameriprise Financial, Republic.
Keith is the son of the late Laura and W.D. (Decker) Owen. He retired as a captain from the Tiffin Police Department.
