FOSTORIA - Teens are invited to attend Rally in the Park Drug-Free 24/7 4-8 p.m. Friday in the new shelter at Fostoria City Park.
Sponsored by Drug-Free Action Alliance, Fostoria Parks and Recreation and Firelands Counseling, the free event is to include food, music, games and prizes.
