Roxann Scherger and Benjamin Holcombe announce their engagement and approaching July 29, 2011, wedding.
Roxann is the daughter of David and Ann Scherger of Fostoria. She is a 2005 graduate of Fostoria High School and a 2009 graduate of Tiffin University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a 2010 TU graduate with a master's degree in forensic psychology. She is a program manager for an after-school youth program.
Benjamin is the son of Terry and Al Carver of Bradner and Russell Holcombe of Monroe, Mich. He is a 2000 graduate of Lakota High School and has served five years in the U.S. Army. He is employed and is a student at Bowling Green State University.
