Brandi Borer and Brian Rouser have announced their engagement.
Brandi is the daughter of Bill Borer of New Riegel and Barbara Hoffman of Bellevue. She is a 2010 graduate of New Riegel High School and is attending Brown Mackie College. She works for Subway.
Brian is the son of Tom Rouser of Martin and Paula Sander of Fostoria. He is a 2009 graduate of Fostoria High School and is employed at ABC Warehouse.
