Sonya Stassin and Peter Larson announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Sonya is the daughter of David and Carol Stassin of Champion. She is a graduate of Champion High School and a graduate of Brown Mackie College, where she received an associate's degree in veterinary technology. She is a registered veterinary technician at Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital, Sandusky.
Peter is the son of Marty Larson of Tiffin and Phillip Larson of Bloomville. He graduated from Bellows Free Academy, Vermont. He is employed by CSX Transportation as a locomotive engineer in Willard.
The couple plans to wed Sept. 24, 2011.
